About the Role:
- Lead strategic Supply Chain Operations meetings with key stakeholders to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts for upcoming periods, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Effectively allocate inventory to orders and ensure timely delivery, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvement plans to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against business targets.
- Analyze operational metrics and trends to inform demand planning and drive business decisions.
- Develop and analyze sales projections to inform business strategy and drive revenue growth.
- Provide timely updates to customers on order status and delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and unit order delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP software and other supply chain management systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
