Position Summary

This role is a vital part of the SEUK MX division, ensuring smooth operational management within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function. You'll collaborate with a team of SCM specialists to manage daily relationships with key accounts and work closely with the sales team to guarantee accurate forecasting and efficient operations within established processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with headquarters, manufacturing facilities, and third-party logistics providers to manage inbound supply. Identify potential shortages and provide recommendations for solutions.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives related to the current supply chain process, inventory management, and production purchase order proposals.
  • Take ownership of demand management within SCM for the Mobile division, focusing on category management across categories such as memory, NPC, wearables, SMP, and tablets.
  • Analyze business performance, identifying risks and opportunities. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing recommendations and improvements for internal projects and discussions.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams during weekly/monthly sales planning to support the commercial team in achieving sales targets by ensuring optimal stock availability on time.
  • Lead sell-in forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Product Management, providing input to Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM).
  • Plan accurately to maintain optimal channel stocks, meeting agreed targets (PSI management).
  • Submit month-end revenue targets (Sokbo) and manage mid/long-term forecasts for target planning with Product Managers (Shillheng).
  • Chair SCM Day meetings, providing analysis on business performance and highlighting critical issues. Summarize weekly actions for review.
  • Build strong relationships with headquarters and factory contacts for two product groups. Communicate regularly regarding business directions and supply updates.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics companies regarding inbound/outbound shipments, including securing booking slots.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal contacts such as functional heads, Product Managers, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
