IT Support Specialist at Daisy Corporate Services

You will collaborate in a professional office setting with fellow IT Support Specialists and Deskside Technicians, striving to meet and surpass performance metrics while providing outstanding service.

What will your daily responsibilities include?

Your role will involve taking charge of Incidents and Service Requests, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and escalating issues when necessary. Key tasks will include the initial evaluation, categorization, and resolution of incidents, along with the management of service requests.

What qualifications are we seeking?

We are looking for candidates with robust analytical and troubleshooting abilities, experience in customer service environments, and knowledge of ITIL methodologies and tools. A proven history of achieving Service Level Agreements and performance targets is essential.
