• Fabricate complex sheet metal components to fine limits
• Manufacture items from technical drawings

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
• Comply with our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

Competencies:

Core:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Functional:
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Experience in using various sheet metal fabrication equipment
• Familiarity with Military MRP 145 and associated Regulatory Articles (RA's)

Organisational Relationships:

• FLM
• Engineering
• Planning

Professional Qualifications/Education and Training:

Essential:
• Indentured apprenticeship, or relevant level 3 qualification
Desirable:
• BTEC ONC in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• Experience with fabrication to fine limits
• Experience within aircraft maintenance or production
