We are seeking a reliable and experienced temporary receptionist to cover a short-term absence on our reception team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage and respond to emails and other correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm or 4:00pm

Rate of Pay:

$14.00 per hour
