We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Legal department, you will provide essential support for efficient and effective contracts administration within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and respond to legal issues and enquiries from internal and external customers.
  2. Ensure end-to-end management of all contracts passing through the Legal department, including MSAs, GTCs, EULAs, Reseller Agreements, Tenders, and Frameworks.
  3. Review key professional services Partner Agreements.
  4. Respond to general legal enquiries.
Individual Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Vendor Ops, Sales, Tenders, Finance, and Services teams to provide support to partners, customers, and suppliers in drafting relevant contracts.
  2. Draft and negotiate agreements.
  3. Represent Bytes in commercial discussions and negotiations with customers and suppliers.
  4. Support the Legal team with contractual matters.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Business or Law - Essential.
  2. 1-2 years' experience in contracts administration or legal administration - Essential.
  3. Negotiation skills - Desirable.
  4. Understanding of the UK legal system and commercial law - Desirable.
  5. General understanding of IT reseller relationships - Desirable.
  6. Experience with public sector frameworks - Desirable.
