About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to lead our data recruitment team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing a team of dedicated IT Recruiters specialising in data-related roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the data recruitment team and expand our reach within the data recruitment market.
  • Invest in the professional growth of your team through ongoing coaching and development initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to shape and develop the team under their guidance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant with a focus on data-related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
