We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Registered Nurse on days, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and complete healthcare records and reports
  • Administer medications to patients and monitor for side effects and reactions
  • Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments
  • Record patient vital signs and medical information into our electronic system
  • Order medical diagnostic and clinical tests
  • Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions
  • Administer non-intravenous medications
  • Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Modify patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse/ Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse/ Registered Mental health Nurse with a valid NMC pin (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong clinical skills

  • Motivated and enthusiastic on mentoring and coaching all the staff

Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of pay: £19.68 (Mon-Fri) with a 20% enhancement at weekends: £23.62
