Are you a skilled IT professional with experience in housing management systems?

Informed Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Systems & Development Analyst to join a respected and established social enterprise undergoing a digital transformation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a vital project focused on implementing new application technology within Social Housing.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the core property management system.
  • Manage the technical environment and implement service improvements through effective system configuration.
  • Provide second- and third-line application support, including implementation, upgrade activity, workflow and form building, data interrogation, and supplier liaison.
  • Create training materials, conduct user acceptance testing, deliver reporting, enhance data integrity, and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
Your Skills & Experience

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in systems administration or application support at a second- or third-line level.
  • Experience working on software implementation projects, including installation, upgrade, configuration, testing, training, and support.
  • Business/Systems Analysis experience encompassing stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, process mapping, analysis, and improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with housing management applications (e.g., Civica CX, NEC Housing, Capita ONE/OPENHousing, MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing, Aareon QL, MIS ActiveH, or similar).
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Database administration and/or development of ETL processes for data migration or interfacing.
  • Experience with interfacing technologies (APIs, Web Services, SSIS, etc.).
  • Relevant certifications.
