About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying and escalating concerns as necessary
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and promoting optimal health outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse in an NHS hospital setting, with a focus on oncology
- IV Therapy Trained and a Qualified Nurse with NMC Pin and no restrictions
- SACT Trained (desirable)
