Paediatric Nurse Specialist

Join our team at Transformation Unit as a Paediatric Nurse Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Epilepsy Specialist Nurse Pilot.
About the RoleAs a Paediatric Nurse Specialist, you will work at a clinical and leadership level to coordinate the delivery of patient care and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) within the aims of the role and the wider pilot.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of patient care and achieve KPIs within the aims of the role and the wider pilot.
- Work within the system footprint, based within one of the Acute Secondary Care Providers, to support the provision of care for children with epilepsy.
- Support the provision of care for children with epilepsy, including supporting children and families in areas of deprivation to ensure equality in access to services and improve patient outcomes.
- Three years or more experience of working with children.
- Experience of working with children with epilepsy.
