Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, you will engage with a diverse group of individuals, each with unique needs and abilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Providing emotional and social support
  • Encouraging independence and personal growth

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A positive and understanding approach towards individuals with learning disabilities

Contract Options:
We offer both full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time positions with flexible hours based on your availability. Our services operate 24/7, and we prepare rotas at least four weeks in advance, allowing you to balance your personal and social commitments.

Shift Patterns:
Shifts will be scheduled across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
