About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our team at Pure Fishing. As a key member of our E-commerce function, you will be responsible for the administration of our existing online retailer and marketplace accounts, specifically Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide proactive administration support to our E-commerce function across EMEA, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  2. Create, optimize, and manage product listings with relevant SEO keywords, bullet points, and high-quality images to increase search visibility and conversions on Amazon.
  3. Support promotions and advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness to meet business demands and digital plans.
  4. Execute and implement various projects aligned with our overall digital strategy, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Handle the downloading and processing of Amazon orders, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into our SAP system.
Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong Excel skills.
  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  3. Proactive, self-motivated, and creative problem-solving skills to achieve company objectives.
  4. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
Preferred Requirements
  1. Prior experience working with Shopify, Amazon Vendor, or Seller Central.
  2. Familiarity with Amazon reporting and analytics tools, such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout.
  3. Knowledge or experience with SAP systems.
