About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our team at Pure Fishing. As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of our existing online retailer and marketplace accounts, specifically Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the brands presence on Amazon, including creating and optimizing product listings with relevant SEO keywords, bullet points, and high-quality images.
  • Support with promotions and advertising campaigns to ensure they are accurate, timely, and effective.
  • Handle the downloading and processing of Amazon orders, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into our SAP system.
  • Provide proactive administration support to our E-Commerce function across EMEA.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Microsoft Office, and Powerpoint with strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and creative in finding ways to achieve company objectives and solve problems.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently as needed.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior experience in working with Shopify, Amazon Vendor or Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with Amazon reporting and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge or experience of SAP system.
