Job Summary:

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Intune Expert to join our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. As an Intune SME, you will play a key role in helping our clients modernize their IT infrastructure and improve their overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Intune-based solutions for enterprise clients, including Autopilot and Windows 11 deployments.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in MDM (Modern Device Management) technology, including Endpoint Management Tools like Intune and SCCM.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Windows 10/11 system administration and maintenance, including deep knowledge of the registry, file system, processes, services, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize activities, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training and other materials to support activities, and perform training to local IT teams and users on correct use of Autopilot.
  • Mentor and coach junior members to improve their skills, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Intune and MDM technology, with a strong understanding of Autopilot and Windows 11.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 system administration and maintenance, including deep knowledge of the registry, file system, processes, services, and security.
  • Experience with AD & Azure AD (Hybrid) and expert-level knowledge of end-user computing hardware.
  • Strong ability to strategize for the future and design technical solutions, and ability to demonstrate transparency into the operations and health of the end-user computing environment by defining and generating reports.
  • Expert-level knowledge of scripting languages (VBS, PowerShell, WMI) and Internet browser management, security, and configuration.
  • Experience deploying, administering, and maintaining disk encryption using BitLocker, and certified on Modern Desktop Management, SCCM/Intune, Azure, and any cloud certifications.
