Excellent opportunity for Intune SME to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. Cognizant Infrastructure Services – Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Intune specialist who will work at engineering level expertise with the development of Autopilot and Windows 11 as well as other Intune based related engineering activities.
• SME for MDM (Modern Device Management) technology, consisting of Endpoint Management Tools like Intune(Autopilot), SCCM (CMG, Co-Management) in an Enterprise PC environment
• Windows 10/11 system administration and maintenance, including deep knowledge of the registry, file system, processes, services, and security
• Work alongside the technical lead in understanding and prioritizing activities.
• Complete assigned activities to a high standard including documentation and testing.
• Drive continuous improvements with identifying areas of improvement.
• Work with OCM team to develop training and other materials to support activities.
• Perform training to local IT teams and users on correct use of Autopilot.
• Actively mentor and coach junior members to improve their skills.
• Internet browser management, security, and configuration
• Deploying, administering, and maintaining disk encryption using BitLocker

Key Skills and Experience :

• Intune specialist who has engineering level expertise with the development of Autopilot and Windows 11 as well as other Intune based related engineering activities.
• Experience in MDM (Modern Device Management) technology, consisting of Endpoint Management Tools like Intune(Autopilot), SCCM (CMG, Co-Management) in an Enterprise PC environment
• Experience in lead/senior engineering roles
• Direct experience with advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 system administration and maintenance, including deep knowledge of the registry, file system, processes, services, and security
• Working experience with AD & Azure AD (Hybrid)
• Expert-level knowledge of end-user computing hardware
• Strong ability to strategize for the future and design technical solutions
• Ability to demonstrate transparency into the operations and health of the end-user computing environment by defining and generating reports
• Expert-level knowledge of scripting languages (VBS, PowerShell, WMI)
• Expert-level knowledge of Internet browser management, security, and configuration
• Experience deploying, administering, and maintaining disk encryption using BitLocker
• Certified on Modern Desktop Management, SCCM/Intune, Azure, any cloud certifications
