About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior engineers and technicians, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, including the creation of detailed designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve the design and development of mechanical systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proven experience in mechanical engineering design and development, with a strong understanding of CAD tools and general engineering drawing practice.
  • Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
