Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple mobile teams in the NW London, Slough, and Uxbridge regions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role or demonstrate the capability to transition into a supervisory position.
We value individuals who are proactive, customer-oriented, and committed to maintaining the high standards expected by our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of cleaning operatives, both mobile and static, ensuring the highest level of maintenance service is delivered to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct thorough site inspections utilizing our proprietary system.
- Ensure all work is performed to the required standards and specifications.
- Act as a representative of the business during client meetings on-site.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in planning and coordinating work across multiple sites.
- Able to effectively lead, motivate, and manage teams while also performing hands-on tasks when necessary.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Flexible with working hours to meet operational needs.
