About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Relief Support Worker to join our team at United Response in Lower Barton Sharpham Farm. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with varying needs and abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for service users.
Requirements
  • Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Basic IT skills and numerical ability.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Willingness to undertake required training and development opportunities.
