Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, including Garden Centres, Farm Shops, and Premium Independents.

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding product offerings within existing accounts.

Sales Performance:
Meet and surpass sales and profit objectives through precise forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.

Industry Engagement:
Represent the organization at significant industry events to foster relationships and promote our portfolio.

What We Seek:

Proven Sales Experience:
Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in the Garden Centre, Farm Shop, or Premium Independent sectors.

Effective Communication:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.

Ambition and Resilience:
A motivated and resilient individual focused on achieving results.

Working Arrangement:
This position is field-based, requiring regular travel across the UK to engage with clients. Occasional office visits will be necessary.
