Regional Finance Manager Opportunity

CY Executive Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Manager to join our client's team based near Northolt, London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial control of one of the company's key regional areas, liaising with operational management and providing strong financial oversight. This role requires a confident and experienced finance professional who can add value to the business and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all day-to-day financial aspects of the entity, providing insight and assistance to management and operational staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Regularly forecast and review budgets and variances to forecasts.
  • Implement and support the company's financial directives.
  • Maintain the integrity of the accounting systems and data.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the Balance Sheet.
  • Work closely with senior management to provide sound financial advice and assistance.
Requirements:
  • Background in Construction/Civil Engineering or similar environment.
  • Project/Contract business experience highly desirable.
  • Accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or finalist with relevant experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP.
  • Self-confidence, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to produce accurate, timely, and reliable financial information.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • UK driving license required for occasional travel.

This role comes with a competitive package, including a company car or car allowance, 10% bonus, and private medical. Onsite working with occasional travel between sites and to head office.
