Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Executives and working closely with our sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Customer Success Executives to achieve customer acquisition and retention targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer onboarding efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery of customer-centric solutions
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
- Proven experience in leading a team and driving customer success in a financial services environment
- Strong understanding of SME financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
