  • Prepare and distribute employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, including SIMS.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C) or equivalent qualification.
Working Hours and Salary:

5 days, 36 hours per week (Term Time plus 10 days)

Salary: £28,997 per annum
