About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales of our student accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and execute marketing activities to exceed sales targets in a regulated environment
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns to engage existing University of Hertfordshire students and promote our accommodation services
  • Produce promotional materials, maximize social media engagement, and arrange events to drive sales
  • Report directly to the CEO and work independently to achieve marketing objectives
Requirements
  • Post A-level qualification or degree in marketing or a related business discipline
  • Experience working in a small or standalone in-house marketing function, preferably at manager level or as an experienced coordinator/marketing executive
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of activities contributing to organizational objectives
  • Confidence to speak and host events, and enjoy organizing social events
