Chandler Harris Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our range of Environmental Products, including Street Furniture, Waste Management, Safety Products, and Seating Solutions, to Local Authorities, Government Departments, Hospitals, Universities, and Colleges, Contractors, Retail, Leisure, Manufacturing Sites, Sports Stadia, Forecourts, Transport, and the Financial Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell our Environmental Products to a variety of clients, including Local Authorities, Government Departments, Hospitals, Universities, and Colleges, Contractors, Retail, Leisure, Manufacturing Sites, Sports Stadia, Forecourts, Transport, and the Financial Sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend face-to-face appointments with clients to demonstrate our products and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with orders ranging from £2,000 to £60,000 or more.
- Work closely with our product team to stay up-to-date with new product launches and features.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven field sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and determination.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate products to clients.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £41,500, depending on experience, with a quarterly bonus OTE of £51,000.
