Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Governance Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing activities associated with data governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Governance Initiatives: Develop and implement effective data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our data assets.
  • Manage Compliance Programs: Oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk management, audit, and compliance, to ensure effective data governance and compliance practices.
  • Develop and Maintain Metrics: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our data governance and compliance programs.
  • Provide Expertise and Guidance: Offer guidance and support to business stakeholders on data governance and compliance best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance, compliance, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or information systems.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
