Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £42,000 - £54,000 + Benefits
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will support individual Theatre Practitioners in their daily tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the theatre department. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Theatre Practitioners to achieve high standards of patient care and safety.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve theatre efficiency and patient flow.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitoring and reporting on theatre performance metrics to inform quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Theatre Practitioner, with a strong understanding of theatre operations and patient care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
