Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our clients in Belfast and Greater Belfast. This role requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes, as well as the right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver home care services to clients in Belfast and Greater Belfast
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and their families
  • Provide companionship, outings, meals, personal care, and specialist dementia care
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work some weekend hours
  • Empathy and consideration for clients and their families
  • Adaptable and flexible approach
What We Offer
  • Up to £12.50 per hour (doubled on bank holidays)
  • 45p per mile to cover mileage
  • DBS paid by us
  • No uniforms
  • Family-owned company with on-call support available 24/7
  • Clients matched to carers based on personality/interests
  • All visits 1 hour or longer, giving you enough time with the client
  • Travel time of at least 15 minutes between visits
  • Full training provided
