Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing a high-quality maintenance service to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Advise staff members on maintenance-related matters, including safety procedures and equipment usage.
  • Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained, used, and stored.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date.
  • Travel to various locations to perform maintenance tasks and respond to urgent requests.
  • Support other members of the facilities team to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • Contribute to the development of risk assessments and procedures for maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in the on-call rota to provide 24/7 support for maintenance-related issues.
  • Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and ensure that all necessary information is communicated to stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to urgent requests.
