  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of health, safety, and environmental data and metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Diploma or higher in Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in a construction or utilities setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • First aid at work certification.
  • Full driving license.
