We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to support our Senior Business Development Managers in driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Administration
    • Manage day-to-day sales administrative tasks, including order inputs and CRM management.
    • Organise and schedule field activities and road days for Senior BDMs.
    • Generate reports and provide insights to support sales strategies.
  • Account Management
    • Organise and manage promotional activities to drive sales and client engagement.
  • Customer Feedback Management
    • Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to Senior BDMs and relevant departments.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting
    • Provide insights and reports to Senior BDMs to support strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Tracking and KPIs
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators for account management.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning
    • Assist Senior BDMs in preparing accurate sales forecasts and plans.
  • CRM Optimisation and Maintenance
    • Ensure the CRM system is used effectively by regularly updating client interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Order Lifecycle Management
    • Oversee the entire order process from initiation to delivery.
  • Client Contract Management
    • Ensure all contracts are up-to-date and renewed in a timely manner.
