Opportunity Overview

We are currently partnering with a highly regarded private healthcare organization to recruit experienced Clinical Psychologists for permanent positions nationwide. This is an exciting chance to contribute your expertise to a dedicated team focused on providing specialized care to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users, identifying their unique needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based psychological treatments tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and interventions.
  • Contribute to research projects and initiatives within the Learning Disabilities and Autism service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess a BPS recognized psychology degree.
  • Hold full registration with the UK HCPC.
  • Be a Chartered Psychologist (BPS).
  • Have relevant post-graduate qualifications in clinical psychology.
  • Meet the requirements for an Approved Supervisor according to BPS guidelines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in evidence-based psychological practice.
  • Possess significant experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
  • Be proficient in working with clients who have cognitive deficits.
  • Have a background in research and project work within the field of psychology.
  • Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK.
