As a leading healthcare recruitment agency, Direct Medics is partnering with a prominent private healthcare organization to find experienced Clinical Psychologists to fill permanent vacancies across the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing a caseload of service users, including assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialized psychological treatments to support care plans in a Learning Disabilities and Autism service.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a BPS-recognized psychology degree
  • Be registered with the UK HCPC
  • Have Chartered Psychologist status and relevant post-graduate qualifications
  • Be an approved supervisor within the guidelines of the BPS and relevant division
  • Have a strong understanding of evidence-based psychological practice
  • Have experience applying psychological knowledge to a Learning Disabilities and Autism setting
  • Be experienced in working with clients with cognitive deficits
  • Have a background in conducting research and project work
