Psychologist Position

Direct Medics is working in partnership with a leading private healthcare organisation to find experienced and dedicated Clinical Psychologists to fill permanent vacancies throughout the UK and Ireland.

• Carry a service user's caseload, including assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments to support their care plans in a Learning Disabilities and Autism service.
• Have experience and knowledge in applying psychological knowledge to a Learning Disabilities and Autism setting.
• Be experienced working with clients with cognitive deficits.
• Have previous experience of conducting research and project working.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.

• Hold a BPS recognised psychology degree.
• Be UK HCPC registered.
• Have Chartered Psychologist status and appropriate post-graduate qualifications.
• Be an approved supervisor within the guidelines of the BPS and relevant division.
• Have understanding of evidence-based psychological practice.
