Job Purpose

As a key member of the East Ayrshire Council team, you will contribute to the delivery of an efficient and effective Housing Asset Service. Your role will be to assist in the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council's key objectives, specifically in relation to the Safer Communities Service Plan and the Community Plan.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a multi-skilled team to deliver a high-quality Housing Asset Service.
  • Assist in the administration and coordination of housing-related tasks and projects.
  • Provide support to the Housing Asset Services team in the delivery of key objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Work Environment

This is a full-time permanent post with an admin base at Kilmarnock Depot, Housing Asset Services. The workstyle is mobile, with a significant portion of time spent in the office and the ability to work from home or other locations as needed.
