The Company:

Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment - from executive to operative level.

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety, and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a maintenance and refurbishment contractor, who are looking for Supervisors to join them on a permanent basis in Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage trades on site completing repairs and refurbishment projects
  2. Survey properties and identify works to be completed
  3. Update excel spreadsheets, in-house CRM, and send emails
  4. Provide tenant and end client updates
  5. Conduct H&S and risk assessments
  6. Split of office based and site based work

Requirements:

  1. Experienced Supervisor in Construction or Refurbishment
  2. Trade background beneficial
  3. Experience of refurbishment projects essential
  4. Strong people management skills
  5. SMSTS or SSSTS would be beneficial
  6. Must be IT literate
