About the Role

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in our London office, where you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our law firm clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Ledger Management: Manage the overhead and disbursement purchase ledger, including counsel fee notes, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Expense and Credit Card Management: Handle expenses and credit card postings, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • File Closure and Write-Offs: Oversee file closures and write off irrecoverable WIP and disbursements, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as delegated by the Financial Controller, supporting the smooth operation of our financial operations.
Essential Skills
  • Financial Experience: Proven experience with purchase ledgers and financial management systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems, with a strong understanding of financial software.
