Branleigh Homes, a leading residential construction company, is seeking a skilled General Site Labourer to support our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

In this role, you will work closely with our site supervisors and construction team to assist with various tasks on our construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Operating basic hand tools and power tools
  • Assisting in the set-up and dismantling of scaffolding
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Assisting with the assembly and installation of various construction components
  • Following all safety guidelines and protocols on the job site
  • Performing general site cleanup duties
  • Working alongside a bricklayer with opportunities to learn and develop your skills

Requirements for this position include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working on a construction site is preferred
  • The ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
