We are seeking a highly skilled French Speaking Credit Controller to join our client's high-performing credit function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, chasing customers, and reducing aged debt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder relationships and build strong working relationships with customers
- Chase customers by phone and email to resolve queries and reduce aged debt
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the credit team to achieve targets and improve cash flow
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in credit control or collections
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
- Strong Excel skills and experience with credit control systems
