About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at EMBS Engineering. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with new customers across multiple sites, leveraging relationships with aerospace clients to establish strong relationships and secure new contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with new customers across multiple sites
  • Leverage relationships with aerospace clients to establish strong relationships and secure new contracts
  • Demonstrate immediate impact and minimal need for guidance
  • Focus on business development and growth strategies
Requirements
  • Strong aerospace, defence, MOD, airframe, aero engine, or other similar manufacturing background
  • Proven track record of engaging with customers and building strong relationships in order to retain work and new develop new contracts
  • Immediate readiness for the role without extensive mentoring
  • Preferred experience includes successful dealings with blue-chip OEMs
