We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard to join our team at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the hotel pool area. This is a seasonal role, working up to 5 days out of 7, with flexible hours between 07:00am and 08:00pm.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the pool area and ensure the safety of guests
- Manning the pool check-in area and welcoming guests to their swim sessions
- Ensuring pool ratios are maintained and guests comply with pool regulations
- Working within the changing room and gym facilities to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Attending monthly NPLQ training and team building sessions to maintain and improve skills
- Hold a current NPLQ qualification
- Ideal First Aid or Emergency Aid at work Certificate
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
- Good working knowledge of PSOP and Health & Safety requirements
