Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

LER (SG) Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of their cold store logistics facilities across the Midlands and South East Area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 10 maintenance engineers across 7 sites, ensuring effective maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance programme (PPM) to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Create and drive forward maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide technical support to engineers, including fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair of machinery.
- Manage contractors on site, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of tasks.
- Deliver agreed plans and budgets, including established levels of servicing.
- Control all engineering cost lines through robust planning and auditing.
- Must have experience as an Engineering Manager in the industry.
- Ideal candidate holds an engineering qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, C&G, HNC, HND, or similar.
- Experience in setting up policies, procedures, and continuous improvement of TPM, PPM systems.
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
