Job Summary

The London Business School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Global Experiences to join its Degree Education team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a December start date.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of a strategic plan for global experiential programmes, ensuring alignment with the School's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the delivery of a portfolio of global programmes, coordinating resources to ensure successful learning outcomes within budget and to quality standards.
  • Oversee the production of programme/course information, learning resources, materials, and guides, ensuring high-quality and high-impact outputs.
  • Review and evaluate designated programmes to ensure that learning delivery remains at the forefront of business education.
  • Ensure that students/participants have access to support and resources as required to enable the most effective learning experience.
  • Provide support and guidance to faculty and colleagues within the area, ensuring the timely provision of information and resources that enable high-quality teaching.
  • Ensure direct reports understand the link between their role/contribution and the wider team/department purpose.

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel multiple times per year.
  • Successful experience managing staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of approaches to the successful delivery of world-class educational experiences, ideally at higher education level and with a focus on applied/experiential learning.
  • Understanding of managing multiple budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
  • Significant project/programme management experience with advanced planning skills.
