We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our Pavers Shoes team at St Johns Centre in Leeds. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, including coaching and developing the team to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, providing expert advice on shoe care and accessories to meet customer needs.
- Be self-aware, taking responsibility for your own performance and the performance of your store, and be able to question, learn, and adapt to new situations.
- Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example and embodying our values of family, green credentials, and customer satisfaction.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.10, increasing to £12.35 after completing the required retail induction PaSS stages.
