Assistant Manager Opportunity

Franco Manca, the pioneers of Sourdough Pizza, is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to join our team in Stratford.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality professional to lead our team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high health and safety standards, leading by example, and driving sales growth.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in Hospitality in a similar role
  • Ability to maintain high health and safety and hygiene standards
  • Leadership skills to lead a team in the Restaurant Manager absence
  • Hands-on attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
