**Community Chemotherapy Nurse**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Oncology Nurse to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd.

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a specialist provider of Cancer Care, delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oncology patients with a range of treatments, including bloods, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, IM/SC injections and more.
  • Work independently in the community, with regular contact with managers and colleagues as part of a wider nursing team.
  • Stay at the cutting edge of your profession, gaining exposure to new technologies and therapies, and helping to develop care models that break the mould.

  • Competitive starting salary up to £43,000, negotiable on experience
  • Company car or an extra £4850 car allowance
  • Mainly working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working and bank holiday on call

Requirements:

  • Active NMC Pin - Registered RGN Nurse
  • Experience in Oncology, Haematology or Chemotherapy is essential
  • Cannulation & Venepuncture experience
  • Driving Licence
  • SACT Passport or equivalent qualification
