Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver/Operative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit HGV Class 2 Driver/Operative to join our team on the Isle of Wight. As a key member of our small team, you will be responsible for collecting domestic waste and recycling, performing vehicle checks, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collecting and replacing residential bins
* Loading and operating machinery as required
* Safely navigating residential roads and adhering to schedules
* Reporting faults and defects
* Working as part of a small team to achieve daily objectives

**Requirements:**

* Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driver's License
* CPD (Driver Qualification Card) and Tachograph (Driver Card)
* Ability to work well as part of a team and be physically fit
* Good knowledge of the Island's road network
* Own transport due to the location of the depot
* Flexibility with working hours
