As a Compliance Manager at ISS Facility Services UK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our estates by overseeing the compliance of Hard FM services. Your responsibilities will include managing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance by subcontractors across mechanical, electrical systems, plant, and building elements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of Hard FM services, including planned and reactive maintenance by subcontractors
- Oversee the delivery of maintenance work by approximately 90 subcontractors, covering services from ventilation to water systems and medical gases
- Liaise between NHS and building owners to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Review and approve subcontractor permits, RAMS, and ensure proper PPE usage
- Build strong relationships with contractors to establish a solid working foundation
- Raise purchase orders, coordinate subcontractor activities, and ensure work is completed efficiently
Requirements:
- Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures, including preparing KPI and WOR reports
- Ability to interpret complex information to interrogate data
- Good user of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
