Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the output and function of the Engineering Department, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements.

Requirements:
  1. Degree/Advanced/Higher Apprenticeship in Engineering Function (Mechanical) and/or equivalent job experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a related mechanical engineering role, preferably in a supervisory or mentoring capacity.
  3. Experience in mechanical engineering design and analysis, particularly in industrial rotating machinery such as pumps and mixers.
  4. Strong SolidWorks skills with the ability to conduct analysis using manual or finite element analysis techniques.
  5. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
  6. Comprehensive understanding of mechanical engineering principles associated with rotating equipment design, analysis, and operation.
  7. Proficient in SolidWorks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
