Delta Electronics EMEA is a leading provider of innovative energy solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Energy Infrastructure Team. With over 20 years of experience in the European market, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for businesses looking to reduce their carbon footprint and increase their energy efficiency.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with expertise in Energy Storage Systems and Power Conditioning Systems to help us grow our business in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to sales and product marketing, preparing proposals, and advising on solutions. They will also work closely with our product management and development team to manage technical customer requirements from specification to acceptance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to sales and product marketing teams
- Prepare proposals and advise on solutions
- Support the management of technical customer requirements
- Collaborate with the product management and development team
- Identify new market opportunities and supervise local legislation and standards
- Occasional on-site technical support at customer sites
- Suggest ways to improve our products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience with Energy Storage Systems or Power Conditioning Systems
- Fluent English (spoken and written) and Chinese (advantage)
- Excellent technical knowledge related to integration of different systems and understanding of Energy Storage Systems
- Installation experience/certificate to work in low voltage grid
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
- Able to specify customer requirements to the product management & development department
- Self-manage daily tasks with ability to work independently and part of an international team
- Customer focus, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel occasionally
